Newly repopularized for the present day bridal shower or bridal luncheon;  Wedding pull cakes is a tradition that dates back to the Renaissance Era.  Different sterling silver charms are attached to ribbons and decoratively   inserted into the cake.  These sterling silver charms make  ideal gifts for fridesmaids and other members of the bridal party.  Each charm represents a different and special meaning.  With every pull cake order, a card is included for each charm describing it’s traditional meaning.

These Cakes are especially nice for the bridal luncheon.  It is a wonderful way of presenting gifts to the bridesmaids and flower girls.  I color code the ribbons (single, married and juvenile).  Sometimes the mother of the bride likes to surprise the bride with a charm such as a sixpense, wedding ring or even a wedding cake charm!
